Tai Learner App ကို SCF - Shan Computer Federation အောက်ရှိ SIIT ၏R & D မှ Researcher များ Developer များမှဖန်တီးထားခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အဓိကအားဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းသာမကကမ္ဘာအရပ်ရပ်တွင်နေထိုင်ကြပါသော ရှမ်းလူမျိုးတို့၏ စာပေကို လေ့လာရန်အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေမည့် အခြေခံရှမ်းစာ လေ့လာသော Application ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဤApp သည် ရှမ်းစာပေစတင်လေ့လာလိုသူများအတွက် တစ်ဖက်တစ်လမ်းမှအထောက်အကူပြုနိုင်ပါမည်။ App အတွင်းတွင် ရှမ်းစာ အခြေခံ အဆင့်များကိုအသံနှင့်တကွ စီစဉ်ထားပါသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် ရှမ်းစာ ရှမ်းစကားနဲ့ လုံးဝထိတွေ့နီးစပ်သူမဟုတ်ပါက မိမိကိုယ်တိုင် Self Study လုပ်နိုင်ရန်လွယ်ကူမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ရှမ်းစာတတ်နှင့်ပြီးသော လူတစ်ယောက်အကူညီဖြင့်လေ့လာသင်ယူမည်ဆိုပါက သင်ကြားရေးအတွက် အထောက်အကူ ဖြစ်ရန်သာရည်ရွယ်ထားပါသည်။ အခြေခံ အဆင့်လေ့လာပြီးဆုံးပါက လေကျင့်ဖတ်ရှုရန်သင်ခန်းစာများကို app update ထပ်မံ ထုတ်ပေးပါမည်။Tai Learner App is created by Researchers and Developers of SIITunder Shan Computer Federation. This app mainly aims to assistthose who are learning Basic Shan Language spoken by Shan not onlyin Myanmar but also around the world. Basic sounds andpronunciations of Shan Language are covered in this app. However,those who are not familiar with Shan Language will not be able tomake self study and need someone to guide you. More exercises willbe added in updated version. This app is the updated version of theInternetWatch. I just replaced original Internet Watch with thisapp. So,more features are provided in this app as the audiencewish. I addcalculating bill feature for most users ask me to doso.In this app, the bill for using mobile data in Myanmar inwhichit costs 2 kyats for GSM and 4 kyats for W/CDMA per minuteiscalculated for user convenience.
